Photos show Dee Gordon honoring Jose Fernandez

The Miami Marlins cancelled its game on Sunday following the news of Jose Fernandez's tragic death, and its place, turned the stadium into a fitting memorial to the late pitcher.

Fernandez's number was shown on the big screen in the stadium and was also painted onto the pitchers mound, just below a hat with the team emblem. It was understated, haunting and extremely powerful.
