Pats fan shut down ESPN from using Tom Brady video

Tom Brady is back this week, which means we can finally, finally, finally put this whole Deflategate thing behind us.

But New England Patriots fans won't forget.

A Twitter user recently posted a video filmed from far away of what he said was Brady filming an Under Armour commercial:

As it usually does with viral videos, ESPN's assignment desk reached out to ask for permission to run the video on its network and websites:
