Paul Pierce sat on the bench dressed as Rick James

Paul Pierce wasn't about to let an ankle injury stop him from celebrating Halloween. No chance.

Pierce was inactive for Monday's game against Phoenix, so he decided to break out his Rick James costume on the bench. And yes, it was as amazing as it sounds. His boots looked to have proper ankle support too.

I just hope the NBA makes a Halloween exception to its business casual and sport coat dress code because that costume was perfect.
