Draymond Green joined in on the '3-1 lead' jokes


If you've watched sports or visited any social media site in the past four months, you've probably heard that the 73-9 Golden State Warriors blew a 3-1 lead in the NBA Finals with the NBA's first unanimous MVP in Steph Curry. The simple fact became a joke in itself, and Cleveland Cavaliers fans were, for the most part, the ones behind the joke.

Fast forward to Wednesday night: There was karmic retribution.

The Cleveland Indians blew a 3-1 lead in the World Series to the Chicago Cubs. Twitter was quick to point out that fact.

And guess what? The Warriors' Draymond Green led the way.
