Cubs crack joke about Steve Bartman on 'Fallon'


Dexter Fowler, Ben Zobrist and Anthony Rizzo appeared on The Tonight Show to talk about the Chicago Cubs' historical World Series win, and, of course, Steve Bartman's name came up.

Jimmy Fallon mentioned a rumor that the fan who became infamous when interfering with a fly ball during the 2003 NLCS - and who doesn't owe Chicago anything now - was invited to throw out the first pitch at a game next year.

"We haven't heard that yet, but that'd be amazing," Rizzo said. "He's a big part of Cubs history, no matter what."

Then Fowler jumped in: "It would only be right, though, if Moises Alou were to catch the ball."
