Raisman writes powerful message to young women

The subject of body image is one close to Aly Raisman's heart.

It's a message she wants to spread to young girls everywhere; speaking in an interview recently with For The Win, she said that her unique, muscular body type didn't just not inhibit her Olympic dreams, it actually helped her achieve them.

On Wednesday night, she reaffirmed that point.

Writing a powerful message via her official Instagram account, the Olympian talked about how all the criticism she received from boys in her youth only helped her "love my body".
