Cleveland may get the championship parade it wanted for the Indians after all.

McNeil ( AKA @Reflog_18), the Twitter user known for helping create the Joe Buck and Kyle Schwarber wedding registry and posting photos of Browns fans handing out season tickets at Halloween, appears to be at it again.

Here's a letter allegedly filed with the city of Cleveland applying for a parade on January 7 to "celebrate" a potential 0-16 season:
