Chad Johnson offers his services after missed PATs

Sunday was an awful day for NFL kickers. It was so bad that even former wide receiver Chad Johnson spotted an opportunity to make his pitch to NFL teams.

There were nine missed PATs in the early slate of games. Nine. And as I wrote this article, Sunday's missed extra-point count reached a single-week record total of 11. In 2014, before extra points were moved to the 15-yard line, there were just eight missed extra point all season.

Johnson kicked a perfect extra point during a 2009 preseason game against the Patriots. He gave NFL teams a reminder of his kicking talents on Twitter.

If anything, Johnson could serve as an extra-point specialist.

It can't get much worse than what we've seen today.
