49ers player flagged for making snow angel

The Chicago Bears-San Francisco 49ers game is arguably the worst match-up of the 2016 NFL season. Even a deluge of snow could not save this dud of a game, though it may have provided the highlight of the game:

Rashard Robinson was hit with a 15-yard penalty for having some fun (HOW DARE HE) in the snow. And those yards matter in a game where offense is hard to come by. The two quarterbacks, Colin Kaepernick and Matt Barkley, did not complete a single pass until the 7:34 mark of the second quarter.

Meanwhile in the Packers game, Randall Cobb did a snow angel after scoring a touchdown and was not flagged.
