See VS models' intense pre-show workout routines
The 2016 Victoria Secret Fashion Show in Paris aired on Monday night, and in addition to the usual pageantry, the broadcast featured a brief segment about the fitness regimes the "angles" adopt ahead of the show.
"Two months before the show I usually go into Beast Mode; I really try to hit it hard, " Elsa Hosk said.
"I go up to seven days a week, sometimes twice a day," Jasmine Tookes said.
"I have to constantly prove to myself how strong I can be'" added Adriana Lima
The women repeatedly emphasized the importance of staying active, and went on to say that in order to get ready for the show they each adopt individual training routines, but all have their own preferred form of exercises - ranging from kick boxing, yoga and running.
