Andre Johnson spends $19,000 on toys for Houston kids

One of the best holiday traditions in the NFL is alive and well.

Andre Johnson, the former standout wide receiver for the Texans, Colts and Titans, is no longer playing in the league, but that didn't stop him from heading to a local Houston toy store this week and spending over $19,000 on toys for local kids who can't afford them.

Johnson has been doing this for years, bringing needy kids to a toy store, letting them get everything they want, and picking up the bill. It's by no means a small gestures (that's not a small amount of money), but it's a simple way to make a difference in a lot of kids' lives. That's wonderful.
