Actually, it's pretty fun and sort of emotional to watch - the NBA legend and TNT analyst gets really into mouthing the words to Beyonce's All Night on Instagram:

Shaq deserves all the applause. He said on Twitter he hopes Beyonce wins "all the Grammys," but if there was a Grammy for Best Lip-Sync, I think we found a winner.
