Pistons PG rips Grayson Allen, Duke

It did not take long for Grayson Allen to get caught up in another controversy after his one-game suspension for tripping an Elon play in December. In just his second game back, Allen did this

Nothing really conclusive there. Allen won't get the benefit of the doubt because of his past, but nobody can say for sure whether or not he intended to trip the Boston College player. But that didn't stop many from unloading on Allen, including Pistons guard and former Boston College player Reggie Jackson.

Even if Allen did not intend to trip the player, Jackson has a point. How many tripping incidents has Allen had over the last two seasons? And his punishment was sitting out one meaningless game. Hard to expect him to actually to take care of the issue if there aren't serious repercussions for his actions.
