Goff: Non QBs don't fully appreciate Rodgers

Rams QB Jared Goff know how difficult it is playing quarterback in the NFL, so he can appreciate the ridiculous things Aaron Rodgers is doing on the football field right now.

Rodgers, the No. 1 overall pick in the 2016 NFL draft says, makes the difficult look routine, which might be lost on fans of the NFL.

I don't think people that don't play quarterback can fully appreciate what Rodgers was doing last night. It was unbelievable … The way he throws it without his feet being set is unbelievable. It's almost as if he'd rather not have his feet set … I've watched games of his on film. You're supposed to be watching the defense and whatnot; you'll find yourself - then plays in a row - crap, I just watched Aaron do his thing for ten plays in a row. Now I need to go back and watch the defense.

While there are some out there still denying Rodgers greatness, I'm going to have to disagree with Goff's point here. People were falling over themselves - including myself - to praise Rodgers for his other-worldly performance agaisnt the Cowboys.

And rightfully so. Rodgers is playing quarterback at a level that we've never seen before. It doesn't take an NFL quarterback to see that.
