Boston cheers for Paul Pierce one last time

This is one of my favorite things in sports, the entire ritual of a city honoring its former star when he's there for the last time.

In Boston on Sunday, Paul Pierce - now on the Clippers - suited up for his last NBA game there - he announced last year that this will be his last season. So he received an emotional send-off from his former team and fans, many who showed up wearing his jersey.

Pierce responded by throwing kisses out to the crowd - and kissing the leprechaun.

He hit a shot at the end of the game and the entire arena just went nuts.
