Van Pelt lovingly teases Tiger about going bald
Tiger Woods made media stops in New York City on Monday, including a long talk with Paste BN Sports to promote his new book, The 1997 Masters: My Story.
And, well, a lot of people noticed, uh, something missing.
Yes, the world noticed the 41-year-old Woods has a receding hairline … and so did the golfer. When asked by Paste BN Sports for a reaction to seeing a photo of himself in 1997, he said this:
"Hairline, that's the first thing that i see, and the real baggy clothes."
Then there's this great moment from an interview with ESPN's Scott Van Pelt, who just went right for it and joked with the legendary golfer about shaving his head:
A hilarious exchange, including Woods referring to his remaining hair as his "helipad." Also, Scott, "I am your GPS" is a great t-shirt idea.
