Here's what Romo looks like in his Mavs uniform

Tony Romo's ride into the sunset includes a stop with the Dallas Mavericks, who are honoring the Dallas Cowboys legend by getting him to suit up and participate in shootaround.

It's a little weird, but it's also a great what-if - former NBA star Caron Butler told ESPN Romo could have been a hoops pro:

"Believe it or not, man, when we were in the prime of our careers, I used to always talk about it: [Romo] could have easily been a professional basketball player. And a lot of people were like, 'Man, you're crazy for saying that,' but Tony could shoot. He could handle the ball. He had a knack for scoring, man, he really did."
