SVP awesomely helps out Maryland radio station

ESPN's Scott Van Pelt is on vacation. He told sure certain followers to stop bugging him.

However, Van Pelt loves his alma mater, so when he got a tweet that asked if he could help fund Maryland's student-run radio station WMUC Sports, he took a short break from golfing to respond.

$1,255 needed? Done.

After agreeing to donate about $1,000, Van Pelt went back to telling people to stop bothering him while he's on vacation.

Let the man enjoy his days off.
