Marathon runner sprayed Prince William and Kate
I believe this is what the phrase "off with their heads."
Prince William and Princess Kate had, for the most part, a grand old time on Sunday during the London Marathon. The King-and-Queen-to-be saw the runners off, cheered them on during the race, and even awarded some of them medals.
USA Today has a great group of pictures from the race.
But there was one rebellious runner who decided to commit treachery.
