Manu Ginobili had a game-winning BLOCK in overtime on Tuesday night to give the Spurs a 3-2 series lead over the Rockets in the Western Conference semifinals.

He snuck up behind James Harden as the MVP candidate was trying to tie the game with a buzzer-beater. Ginobili finished with 12 points, seven rebounds and five assists, including a one-handed dunk and a clutch layup.
