Prospect destroys stadium lights with monster HR

Eloy Jimenez is one of the top prospects in the Cubs' organization, and he pulled off the impossible during Monday's Carolina League Home Run Derby.

He took a scene from The Natural and turned it into real life.

Jimenez ripped a majestic home run to left-center field and put another swing on a ball during this rapid-fire home run derby format. Almost immediately after that second swing, the damage of his home run was revealed in the form of falling glass.

He pulled a Roy Hobbs straight out of The Natural.

There's no official measurement of Jimenez's blast, but to reach the light tower, it would have taken near-superhuman power.
