MLB teams wear patriotic uniforms for July 4

As is tradition for Major League Baseball on holidays and commemorative special occasions, players are sporting literally star-studded, patriotic uniforms to celebrate Fourth of July weekend.

Some teams, like the White Sox and the Tigers, have gone beyond the standard red, white and blue numbers and names and added their own pizzazz to the uniform. And since Saturday is Canada Day - which honors the birth date of our neighbors to the north - the Blue Jays are perfectly patriotic as well.
