Golf fans roast Jason Day for his Open shoe choice

The Internet collectively had a question for Jason Day, the golfer known for putting on some less-than-traditional footwear when playing:

Those are some seriously cool-looking hightop Nike golf shoes and I don't care that they aren't traditional. They look awesome. People on Twitter didn't totally agree:

I chuckled at a few of those, but c'mon: Let the guy be stylish on the course.
