Justin Upton's HR into $1M paint can doesn't count
There is a giant paint can beyond the left-center-field wall at Angel Stadium that reads, "Angels home run in the can $1,000,000."
On Tuesday, Angels outfielder Justin Upton did just that. He hit a towering solo homer into the can, but Sherwin Williams won't be paying $1 million.

It bounced, and apparently this technicality is a thing. The team confirmed as much to ESPN.</p> <p>Sherwin Williams can do what it wants with its money, and $1 million is a ton of money. But the sign did say, "Angels home run in the can." Upton hit a home run in the can. It didn't say, "Angels home run in the can on the fly."</p> </body></html>
