The LA Chargers are now tarping off seats
While the Rams have struggled to fill the 90,000-seat Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, the Chargers are having their own struggles drawing even a fraction of that crowd in Carson, Calif.
After playing games to below-capacity crowds at the 27,000-seat StubHub Center, the Chargers have made some changes to the stadium seating. The NFL's smallest stadium just got smaller. For the second week in a row, the Chargers have added tarps. This was the view before Sunday's game against the Eagles.

The transition to Los Angeles has been especially tough on the Chargers. The team doesn't have established roots in Los Angeles, and at 0-3, they're not exactly inspiring new fans to show up.
The Chargers are planning to play in the 70,000-seat Inglewood stadium, which is expected to be completed for the 2020 season. There's still time, but this isn't a good start for the Los Angeles Chargers.
