Jeopardy champ: Alex Trebek may be a hologram

Austin Rogers told Jimmy Fallon on Thursday night that he got along "fairly well" with Jeopardy! host Alex Trebek.

But he does have an interesting theory about him.

"He doesn't exist off that stage man," he said. "He comes out when the lights come on. He leaves when the lights are off."

Fallon suggested he was A.I.

"He's like with Tupac and Michael Jackson, like walking across the hologram stage, you know?" Rogers agreed.
