Cardinals QB forced to dress as the Tooth Fairy

The Arizona Cardinals quarterback challenge strikes again.

Last month, we witnessed Drew Stanton dress up as Supergirl during warmups before a game because he lost the quarterbacks' contest that goes on before every contest - the loser usually has to dress up in something wacky.

This time, it's Blaine Gabbert who lost, and his punishment was to warm up as the Tooth Fairy:
