Verlander 'helps' Kate Upton with workout

Justin Verlander and Kate Upton have been married for less than a month and they're already cracking "ball and chain" jokes with each other. Upton and Verlander tied the knot in Italy just a few days after the Astros won the World Series.

Upton shared a video of an uphill heavy sled workout on her Instagram page, and the happy couple shared some hilarious banter.

"Just my wife pushing me around, as always."
