Klay Thompson had scaffolding take on NYC station
I have no clue why local New York City station FOX5 interviewed Golden State Warriors guard Klay Thompson in what appears to be a story about scaffolding.
But here's Klay Thompson talking scaffolding on FOX5 news:
"I usually observe [if] the piping and stuff is new. Sometimes, you know, something looks like it's been there a while, I'll kind of try to avoid that."
That is a hot take right there. True New Yorkers are so used to scaffolding that we don't even bother looking at the quality of it. We're so in a hurry to go places that we'll even walk right past construction workers carefully putting heavy pipes and boards into place and not at all fearing about our safety. But what can you expect from a Los Angeles native?
Relax, everyone, I'm joking. Seriously, though: Why did FOX5 want to ask him about scaffolding? And does Thompson really think about it when he's in New York?
