Lonzo Ball might be stuck with this nickname

Lonzo Ball helped the Lakers come back from 19 points down at home to beat the Bulls Tuesday, but it was another rough shooting night for the No. 2 overall pick. Ball went 3-for-13 from the floor, dropping his shooting percentage on the season to just .308. In the first quarter, Ball whiffed on an open three, missing the rim entirely.

"AirBall" has the potential to be a cruel nickname for the Lakers star, but he's currently the worst shooter in the NBA at his volume of shots. Ball went 2-of-8 from behind the arc for the game, and said afterward that draining two threes was "a start."

"I think I made two tonight, you know, that's a start. Hopefully it gets better throughout the season."
