UCF sends classy farewell to Scott Frost

During Central Florida's thrilling conference title win over Memphis on Saturday, news broke that Knights coach Scott Frost was going to accept the coaching job at Nebraska, his alma mater.

News of his then-potential departure clearly made its way to UCF's home-field crowd, which chanted, "Stay!" as Frost and his team celebrated the conference championship as well as their undefeated season.

While Frost declined to comment on the situation multiple times during interviews after the game until he spoke with his players, everyone knew what was happening - including UCF, which tweeted a classy good luck message for its coach.

Frost is looking at a seven-year deal that will pay about $35 million, Paste BN Sports reported.

Not long after the game, Nebraska confirmed the news. It's unclear if Frost will remain with the Knights for their bowl game.
