HGTV's Chip Gaines laughs off courtside collison

HGTV star Chip Gaines was sitting courtside for Baylor's game against Wichita State on Saturday, and he got a little closer to the action than he probably would have expected.

As the 6-foot-9, 205-pound Nuni Omot was trying to save a ball out of bounds on the sideline, he went diving into the front row … right at Gaines.

All we could see was a pair of feet up in the air, but not to worry, Gaines would be OK.

The Fixer Upper star emerged from the pile and waved to the crowd, receiving a standing ovation.

Hey, at least Gaines gave Baylor fans something to cheer for. Wichita State went on to win, 69-62.
