Harbaugh takes Ole Miss player to IHOP in Oxford
Ole Miss quarterback Shea Patterson and safety Deontay Anderson were granted permission to speak to other football programs about a potential transfer after the NCAA levied sanctions against the Rebels' program.
Michigan didn't waste any time to show up in Oxford.
Rivals' Chase Parham tweeted a photo on Tuesday of Michigan's private plane at the University-Oxford Airport. With the Michigan logo on the plane, it didn't exactly blend in.
Ole Miss was hit with a two-year bowl ban, scholarship reduction, financial penalties and on top of that - permission for seniors to transfer without sitting out a year. Given the optics of a private plane arriving to recruit away Ole Miss players, fans had plenty to say for the presence of Michigan's jet.
Not everyone was laughing, though.
Anderson posted a photo from his IHOP meeting with Harbaugh on Snapchat. It was a questionable restaurant choice, especially with all the breakfast options Oxford has to offer.
