Hunter Pence tweets why Giancarlo Stanton should join Giants

Hunter Pence wants Giancarlo Stanton on his team, the San Francisco Giants, so as the rumors about which team the Marlins may trade the slugger to swirl, Pence tweeted his pitch.

Per a report by MLB Network, the Giants and Cardinals are waiting for Stanton to decide on if he'll waive his no-trade clause to join one of their teams. Pence says Stanton should be with the Giants because their powers combined would be great, and he attached photos of Stanton as Popeye and himself as Napoleon Dynamite.

Since Pence's tweet, the Cardinals have shared their own social media pitches, though it's tough to top the Giants outfielder's.
