NFL world rips Browns owner after GM firing

The Browns had a good thing going with Sashi Brown leading the front office. Sure, the team wasn't doing well on the field, but that was by design. It was made clear from the very beginning that the Moneyball front office's plan would take at least three years to take shape.

But, because Browns fans aren't allowed to have nice things, owner Jimmy Haslam made the very on-brand move of pulling the plug prematurely by firing Brown on Thursday. And he was roundly mocked by the NFL world for doing so…

A lot of Browns fans were equally upset with the move…
