Should fantasy owners start Aaron Rodgers?

It didn't seem possible at the time of Aaron Rodgers' injury, but here we are now: The Green Bay Packers quarterback has been cleared to return to the team's lineup this week.

That means fantasy football owners who either picked him off waivers or held on to him for this long and are still in the playoffs are pumped.

But should you start Rodgers in a win-or-you're-out game?

This is an easy one: It's an emphatic yes. Do you need more convincing. YES.

Look, this isn't some third-string running back filling in due to injury on a team with a great offensive line in a prime matchup, or a WR2 with upside who's been great lately. This is Aaron Rodgers we're talking about here. The Aaron Rodgers. Even if he's at 80 percent, perhaps being a little less risky running because his collarbone isn't completely healed, you have to start him because he's the best quarterback in the NFL.

Here's another way to think about it: Imagine if you sit Rodgers on your bench because you're worried he'll reinjure himself or he'll put up pedestrian numbers due to rust, and he blows up with a three-touchdown day and you lose with whoever you put in. Now reverse that situation with Rodgers having a bad day. In Scenario No. 1, you'll have all the regrets. Scenario No. 2? You can say to yourself that you put out the best fantasy lineup possible and it just wasn't your day.

So, do it.
