Clemson student drains 94-foot putt to win $10,000
A Clemson student had an extra incredible experience during the Tigers' win over the Louisville Cardinals on Saturday. He had a chance to make a putt across the entire court for $10,000 - and he made it.
The announcer made it even more exciting by running down the court, and when it went it, the crowd erupted. That student will never get to hear the fans roar after hitting a game-winner on that court, but he'll have this moment, which is probably the next best thing.
Afterwards, the winner said that he'll use the money to celebrate a little and put the rest into paying for college.
Smart move.
