LSU's Tremont Waters drills deep 3 to upset Texas A&M


There's no doubt about it: Tremont Waters was the hero of LSU's 69-68 upset over No. 11/13 Texas A&M on Saturday.

Of his 21 points, no two baskets were more important than his last - scoring six points in 10 seconds - carrying on the recent trend of freshman knocking down absurdly deep shots.

First, with 12 seconds left as the Tigers were down by five, Waters hit a three to keep his team in the game. But the real stunner was when he got the ball and nailed this crazy deep, game-winning shot with about two seconds left on the clock.
