Alabama TD reminiscent of Penn State's in '82
By now you've see that astounding National Championship-clinching throw from Alabama freshman Tua Tagovailoa a couple of times, right?
Now look at the striking resemblance between it and a 47-yard bomb thrown by Todd Blackledge early in the 4th quarter of the 1983 Sugar Bowl. It would end up being the winning score in No. 2 Penn State's 27-23 win over No. 1 Georgia, which gave Joe Paterno his first national title.
Georgia fans shouldn't have had to relive that.
