Jerry Rice's warning for Raiders players

The Oakland Raiders officially introduced Jon Gruden as the new head coach of the team Tuesday after Gruden signed a historic 10-year, 100-million dollar deal, and Gruden will soon return to coaching after a decade away from the sidelines. According to one of his former players, Hall of Famer Jerry Rice, the current Raiders roster better be prepared.

Rice spent one season under Gruden in Oakland before the coach was traded to Tampa Bay, but it was long enough for Gruden to make an impression on his star wide receiver. Rice told ESPN that the Raiders must "buy in" to Gruden's plan, or risk being left behind.

Via ESPN:

"He can be your best friend or your worst enemy. That's going to keep you on your toes. And maybe that was something that the players, they were lacking this year.

…. I hope these players are ready because they're going to get Chucky. They're going to get him … Chucky's going to come out."
