League loser gets LaVar Ball tattoo as punishment

Fantasy football leagues all operate differently. Sometimes the winner gets a ton of money. Other leagues love to punish the last-place player.

And those punishments have gotten increasingly creative and cruel. But we may have found the cruelest punishment of them all. Tyler Foust, a 22-year-old from Tuscaloosa, is a Big Baller for life.

As part of his punishment, Foust got LaVar Ball's face tattooed on his leg.
