Fans go into frenzy over HS recruit's photo

Greg Oden and Perry Ellis spent their entire basketball careers hearing that they looked much older than their competition. It was a fun time on the internet - even if the players weren't particularly fond of the jokes.

Well, one high school sophomore has them beat.

Meet Cheick Traore - a 6-foot-8 sophomore at Concord First Assembly in Charlotte. Basketball fans are refusing to believe that he's a high school sophomore, and they may have a point. All it took was this picture after a recent game in front of Davidson coaches.

My first thought after seeing that photo was, "That man is 35." I was not alone. Twitter would not accept that Traore is a 16-year-old sophomore.
