Thomas liked video of Rose calling Pierce 'petty'

It's almost like social media was invented solely for the NBA's drama, and we're totally OK with that.

On Wednesday, ESPN's Jalen Rose called his colleague, Paul Pierce, petty for not wanting to share his jersey retirement night with an Isaiah Thomas tribute video in Boston.

Thomas not-so-subtly took notice.

The Cavaliers guard liked an Instagram video of Rose's commentary. He would unlike the video as fans took notice, but the internet is forever. The screenshots didn't go away.

Thomas, to his credit, didn't feel like arguing with Pierce's wishes and elected to give the Celtics great his night.
