Eagles cheerleaders almost run into on-field fight
It's not too often that we see an on-field fight break out in the NFL with the cheerleaders rushing towards the scrum.
That happened during Sunday's NFC Championship Game. Sort of.
After the Eagles jumped out to a 31-point lead in the fourth quarter, a scuffle broke out between Eagles and Vikings players. This was right after a score, so the Eagles cheerleaders ran out on the field for the "Fly, Eagles Fly" routine.
For a brief moment, though, it looked like the cheerleaders were sprinting to join the fight.
NFL fans noticed the odd moment too.
But no, the cheerleaders weren't joining the scuffle. They continued their routine as if the fight didn't happen at all.
Only in Philadelphia.
