Genie Bouchard's bet may turn into Super Bowl date

Last year, a Twitter user and Patriots fan, John Goehrke, shot the ultimate shot when he asked tennis player Genie Bouchard out on a date if the Patriots came back from a 28-3 deficit to the Atlanta Falcons and won the Super Bowl. Bouchard, thinking that there was no way Atlanta could blow that lead ( big mistake), agreed to the terms.

Well, Atlanta blew the lead, the Patriots won the Super Bowl and the two went on multiple dates together.

They may be going to the Super Bowl together as well.

On Monday, NFL Canada invited both Bouchard and Goehrke to be their guests to watch the Patriots-Eagles Super Bowl in Minnesota.

Bouchard was down with the idea and asked Goehrke if he'd be interested.

As of Monday evening, we have yet to hear from Goehrke, but it's unlikely any Patriots fan would turn down a free trip to the Super Bowl with Genie Bouchard.

Their story lives on.
