Garappolo is still making money off Patriots
It's good to be Jimmy Garoppolo right now.
The quarterback could get a huge contract this offseason, and although he was traded to the San Francisco 49ers earlier this season, he's still making money off the postseason fortunes of the team that dealt him: The New England Patriots.

According to former agent Joel Corry, Garoppolo, defensive end Cassius Marsh (Patriots) and defensive tackle Sheldon Day (Jaguars) are all eligible to continue earning full bonuses because they meet the criteria of playing at least eight games for playoff teams and finishing the season on a team in the opposite conference.
Money for nothing, right?
