That's Asher Willig, the 22-month-old who hits baseballs better than most full grown people:

He was invited by Jimmy Fallon to face off against A-Rod in a hitting contest, with Rodriguez required to hit lefty like Willig and with a kid-sized bat.

Of course, he lost.
