Karl-Anthony Towns wore 'Free Meek Mill' jersey
Eagles fan Karl-Anthony Towns is at the Super Bowl to cheer on his team - and show his support Philly rapper Meek Mill, who is currently in prison for a parole violation (you can read more about the controversy surrounding his incarceration here).
The rapper has received support from the Eagles, who took the field to his song 'Dreams and Nightmares' and released a statement
"We gonna ride or die with Philly," defensive end Brandon Graham said, via Pennlive.com earlier this week. "You know, Meek Mill, that's Philly. And a lot of guys can relate to that song, and we just felt like it was a good song to come out to."
Earlier this week, the Philadelphia 76ers played an Eagles highlight reel with Meek Mill as its soundtrack.
