LaMelo and LiAngelo Ball have their best pro game

LaMelo and LiAngelo Ball have impressed in Big Baller Brand Challenge games against lower-division and junior competition in Lithuania. That impact, though, hadn't really been felt in top-tier LKL competition.

On Sunday, we saw the first real indication that both LaMelo and LiAngelo can compete at the top level of Lithuanian pro basketball. In a game against first-place Zalgiris, the brothers combined for 44 points and 7 assists. LiAngelo led all scorers with 25 points, and LaMelo added 19 of his own in a 118-96 loss.

The highlight video included the misses, which were ugly - especially the LaMelo airball at the 38-second mark. LaMelo did connect on 4 of 7 from 3-point range, and LiAngelo shot 6 of 12 from distance.

This spurt from LaMelo was particularly impressive.

Though they had scored more points in Big Baller Brand games, this was by far their best performance against legitimate competition.
