What U.S. snowboarder Maddie Mastro was singing
U.S. snowboarder Maddie Mastro is competing at her first Winter Games, but it'll tough to find a more relaxed competitor.
Ahead of her first run of the women's halfpipe final, the 17-year-old from California was singing aloud as she prepared to drop in the halfpipe.
Viewers were able to hear a part of her pre-run hype song, which turned out to be "Sick Of Being Told" by Grace VanderWaal.
Mastro, a noted Taylor Swift and Cage the Elephant fan, went big out the gates, attempting a 1080 on her first hit but couldn't land it. She'd have two more runs for her final.
Mastro had taken the bronze in SuperPipe at the 2018 Winter X Games in Aspen.
